Plateau de la Capitale – Amsterdam 1 project consists of Phase 51, a $12 million investment project.

5 buildings and a total of 78 units located on the Plateau de la Capitale at the intersection of du Plateau and Amsterdam Boulevards.

Project goals:

Establish links between the future urban village and the existing bicycle network in the Plateau area. Improve the quality of life and encourage a healthy lifestyle with the implementation of pathways that are integrated into the busy network.

There is potential for ties and connections with existing trails and pathways in the area, as well as for the development of active transportation and trails within the future urban village.
